It is against the rules to submit enlarged scans.

Second Warning & Restricted Membership.

You first received an official warning fromEternal Paradox last year for submitting Ripped Wallpapers. Therefore the Warning I issued you with was your second Warning. Restri ctions are issued with a second warninf. which is preferable to leaving you to continue breaking the rules, earning a third Warning and therefore being banned.

It does not matter whether you were the one who enlarged the scan or not. The rules are broken when you submit a scan that has been enlarged. The rules do not say 'but it is okay if you submit a scan that was enlarged by someone else'.

It is against the rules to submit enlarged scans because it ruins the quality of the image, and therefore renders it useless to other members who would of used it to create wallpapers. Therefore it is not about who enlarged it, but about who submitted it.

It was clear that the image had been enlarged because the lines weren't smooth. They were jagged, which is the effect you achieve from enlarging it.

That is why you have earned a second warning. That is why your membership is restricted.

Just wanted to let you know, scans should never EVER EVER go in the "Original" category, they should go in "Other" or "Unknown."
